Ambitious, focused, and driven, Managing Director, Raphael Teeluck has established himself as one of Guardian Life’s most high-profile financial advisors.
Coming from very humble beginnings in the little village of Cedros, South Trinidad, his love for people and great passion for serving has allowed him to create everlasting relationships with his trusted and loyal clients, who he considers his extended family.
Kicking off his career years ago, Raphael won the Rookie of the Industry award in 2016 and later, the coveted Agent of the Year awards in 2018, 2020, and 2022, 2024 & 2025 along with other notable industry recognitions. Qualifying for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) every year of his career has allowed him to expand his skills, knowledge, and abilities through shared ‘best practices’ with the world’s top insurance advisors. He is one of the few advisors in the Caribbean to qualify for the MDRT “Court of the Table” level (3x MDRT level).
Being a certified John Maxwell life coach and having an entrepreneurial mindset, he has evolved into an inspirational leader, in turn benefiting clients and other agents by helping them achieve their full potential. He is also actively involved in numerous community and nationwide charity ventures. His dedication, educational progress, and love for his profession make him determined to one day become an industry legend like his mentor and close friend Dale McLeod. Equipped with a professional and competent team, one of his favorite phrases, “Life is for Service” defines how he looks at this career as he goes the distance for the client to not just satisfy them but amaze them.
Raphael is a team player both in and out of work. He thoroughly enjoys playing his favorite sport, cricket, socializing with friends, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, traveling, and spending time with his beautiful and supportive family.
